Yeah it's alright (practice in my room)

this is me working out the song in my room last july. i tried recording this "properly" many times and the words and way i play it has changed since (these drums are kinda "cheesy") but.. this is my favourite recording of it. it's from my phone but it's nice and you can hear it so it's fine. it's warm like this. i probs couldnt do the same thing with a nice mic and even if i do at some point, i wanna share this - it's present :) you can even hear me nearly crying +thanks lee hannah, miles smith and tom capogreco for helping me attempt recording +artwork by me

Yoga has become increasingly popular as a way of promoting general fitness, improving mental health, resilience and awareness, and creating a balance between body, mind and spirit. It is highly effective as a preventive practice and it has significant potential as a medical therapy. An ancient practice, it has an integral part to play in today’s society for physical, mental and spiritual health, especially in its promotion of quality of life and life purpose and meaning. Guest speaker: Prof Sat Bir Singh Khalsa Ph.D. is an instructor of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, director of research for the Kundalini Research Institute and the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He has conducted yoga research trials on insomnia, stress and anxiety disorders, and yoga in schools. He is editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Yoga Therapy and the medical textbook The Principles and Practice of Yoga in Health Care, and author of the Harvard ebook Your Brain on Yoga. Response by Maureen Goodman, Programme Director of the Brahma Kumaris. She is a much sought after speaker and workshop leader, who travels internationally. A major part of Maureen’s work is with community groups developing the University’s outreach work in prisons, healthcare, education, women’s issues and inter-religious dialogue.
